wells and utility companies are reaching historic lows.
Water managers celebrated .002 inch of new water at
Lake Okeechobee - a critical freshwater supply
south of Orlando - but at 10 feet deep the lake's
gravity flow system can no longer provide freshwater
for agriculture and drinking.

While prices of urea fertilizer have hit a 50-year high of
up to $370 per ton, global suppliers are also set to
increase imported prices of potassium fertilizer by up
to $20 after a recent increase by $10, spelling a further
price hike in Vietnam.
